How Many Hours Will I NeedThis will depend on how large your home is, what type of clean you require & how much is in your home. The average home needs about 3 hours per week. We will visit and discuss and ultimately the choice is yours.

How Much Does Your Service CostOur regular cleans are just £15.00 per hour, Bi weekly are £20.00 per hour and Monthly £25.00 per hour with a minimum booking time of 2 hours, other services vary according to the number of bedrooms. Our deep cleans, end of tenancy and Airbnb cleans are priced according to home visit and number of hours needed.

Can I have a One Time Deep CleanYes of course we can give your home a deep clean, Prices and times depend on the number of bedrooms and the size of the property.

Do I Have To Sign A ContractNo. We don't tie our clients into lengthy contracts we do however require 14 days notice if you wish to cancel your ongoing service. Should you wish to cancel a service other than a regular weekly / fortnightly then we do ask that this be 48 hours before the start of the service, Failing this we will invoice the client for 50% of the total service charge.

Do You Vet Your CleanersYes. Any cleaner that we employ will be given a telephone interview, if we are happy to move onto the next step then a face to face in the interviewee home will take place. A professional & character reference, 2 forms of ID, proof of address & authorisation for us to undertake a DBS & police check.

How Many Cleaners Will I HaveWe work in pairs so each client will have 2 cleaners, this allows for safety and also will make sure that we clean your home thoroughly. There is no extra charge it will still cost the same but will cut the time of the service in half.

What if My Cleaner Is Sick Or On HolidayWe will send replacement staff so as to not cause you any inconvenience, If you would prefer not to have replacement staff then we will re arrange for you to have your regular cleaner/s as soon as possible.

How Do I Make PaymentPayment can be made by debit card through PayPal when you book online or by cash on the day of the clean. We can also arrange payment by bank transfer or standing order.

What If I'm Not Happy With The ServiceShould you be unhappy with any level of the service that we provide we will endeavour to resolve the issue immediately contact us on 07551526421 and we will resolve, as we pride ourselves on providing an excellent service to all our clients.

Do You Have InsuranceYes. We have public liability insurance of £1,000,000 please ask us if you wish to view our policy.

Do I Need To Be At HomeNo. We you can supply your cleaners access to a key. Please let us know in advance if you wish to do this as the cleaner will need to sign a key holding form.

Do I Have To Supply My Own ProductsNo of course not, in the price of the service we provide all cleaning materials and equipment.
Billing & Pricing
Payments Accepted
We accept payment by credit or debit card securely online through pay pal, Also if you wish you can pay cash on the day of the service. Just choose the cash payment at checkout.
Cancellation Policy
We ask that should you wish to cancel your service with us then we require 14 days notice if full cancellation, to cancel one day of a regular clean then we would require 48 hours notice. Failure to do this would result in us unfortunately having to charge for the service.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If for any reason you are not happy with any of the services we provide to you we will come back and re clean the affected area at no extra charge.
